Draw Night Dinner - Additional Attendee

For Draw Night our dinner will be catered by one of Easton's popular eateries, Rude BBQ. The menu will include pulled bbq pork, pulled smoked chicken, several complimentary side dishes, cornbread and rolls. Our club will provide water and soft drinks.
When you pay, please make a note that the money is for the Draw Night Dinner. Thanks!
Draw Night Checklist
Order of Draw
Each competitor will be called up to the front of the room to hand in their scorebook, draw their flight, receive their gift bag, and get their bib. We'd also like to ask competitors to contribute to an honorarium to be divided amongst the helpers and track layers. Competitors will be called in order of catalog number (order of entry).
Scorebook
Please bring your scorebook with you on Draw Night to hand in to the Trial Secretary
Flight Assignment
When you select your draw item, you will notice there are two copies of your assignment; one of those copies must be handed to the Trial Secretary. There is space on both copies for you to write your name and your catalog #.
Competitor Bibs
One of the items you will be given on Draw Night is your personalized bib; please be sure you have your bib before you leave.
Competitor Gift Bags
We have put together gift bags for every competitor; please be sure you receive one after you select your draw item.
